“ Fantastic food! This place is a hidden gem as it's located in a busy shopping plaza. From the outside, the place doesn't look like much but it has a very nice interior and comfortable booths to sit in. The menu has a higher number of options than you would expect and a lot of great dishes to choose from. Everybody at my party had trouble deciding just because everything looked so good. The prices were very reasonable for higher quality food. The staff was helpful and friendly and service was prompt. I will definitely be coming back. ”
“ I really liked the chicken and the seasoning of the food. However, the customer service was not very good, but I recommend it for the food. A great place to spend time with the family. ”
“ The food was great, and the waitress was very helpful in explaining dishes I was not familiar with (I think she recognized that I probably had an inaccurate picture of seco in my head when I heard it described as "beef stew", and she was right haha). I did wish the seco came with a little more broth, but it was still delicious. The pop/soda is fountain, not can, so there are refills. The atmosphere was nice; the booths and tables are not too crowded together, and the music is an interesting blend of Spanish- and English language songs. I'll definitely be back to try more food. ”
“ Foood was delicious! So glad we decided to stop by this spot. I thought the Peruvian chicken was flavorful and authentic. When you dine in you get free chips and salsa. We also ordered yuca, pupusa con queso, and black beans. Service was great! I will be back ”
“ Came to pick up pollo al a brasa - best within 20 miles. The chicken is moist and flavorful. Tallerin saltado has good balance of meat and noodles. Generous portions. Kid-friendly. Staff is fantastic! Friendly and welcoming. Put up with my rusty Spanish with a smile. Before I left, their manager came over to tell me they'd made a mistake with my bill. I'd asked about a side dish but didn't order it. She told me they'd accidentally charged me for it, apologized and gave me a refund slip for the difference. I hadn't even noticed. They didn't have to say anything. It really impressed me. How many places do you think would do that? Definitely 5 stars for the fantastic food and for the friendly and honest staff! ”
“ This little mama pop shop has been a family favorite for years. When you enter with the art work glass display cabinet, the artwork, and the authentic Indigenous Central American tablecloths you are transformed to a small street level restaurant in your favorite Latin American country. The food tastes like homemade. The tortillas are hand shaped. My favorite is their version of Carne Asada. The Sopa de Pollo soup is delicious! ”
“ This is a very good Peruvian restaurant focusing on the standards. We had Lomo saltado and Seco Ala nortena. Both were nicely prepared with quality ingredients. The beef in the seco was very tender and flavorful, the beans were excellent. An unexpected surprise was the free chips and carrot salsa. It had a wonderfully sharp flavor. The tamal was a bit disappointing. It was dry and had a floury taste. We will definitely come back. We highly recommend Pollos Inka. ”
